Ceann Tra is an RIAI award-winning family beach house which overlooks and captures the seascape of Clew Bay, Co. Mayo. The butterfly roof hovers over the house like the winged gulls on the nearby cliffs, and protects the 4m high glass wall on the sea side of the house and the timber clad finish on the inland side of the house. The house is designed to refresh the spirit and provide a convivial environment for family holidays.
